In a previous post and reference was made to different parts of the river. This one is more focused and the uses and limitations. Let us remember that it was public domain runway, maximum ordinary flood areas. Usually, outside certain stations and times with high rainfall, what we will be treading on the water's edge is the Bank, adjacent to the edge of the bed of the River, but that under ordinary conditions can pass water. The River (ribera+lecho River) is the area of the public domain, it may not be appropriate for private owners and its use may be conditioned by granting authorization (works, extraction of aggregates,...) Adjacent to this area in the public domain, in particular to the banks, extend the areas of privately owned, subject to limitations and easements. The margins are subject, in all its longitudinal extension: a. an area of servitude of 5 meters of width, for public use which will be regulated by law. b. to a zone of police 100 meters width that will condition the use of soil and the activities carried out.
